While Croatian rail travel isn't quite as luxurious as its other European counterparts, it does still make an enjoyable way to travel between cities, and a sustainable alternative to air travel.
Some services do have sleeping accommodation, including services 824 and 825 as well as 1204 and 1205 (also known as Adria).
There are numerous services between Perkovic and Split each day, but fewer for the full journey between Zagreb and Split. As days and periods of operation vary during the year, you are advised to check with the operator or a ticketing agent before travelling on this route, to make sure that the service you desire is operational on your day of travel.
