Travelling between London and Dublin is remarkably quick, and best of all, it is excellent value! The SailRail fare entitles you to travel between any station in Great Britain to Dublin for £33 or £38, depending on which ferry you pick.

There are a whole host of train and ferry services that you can choose to make this journey (follow the links below to find the timetables for each leg). The timings below show you the most efficient way to make the journey (quickest journey, with maximum of one train change).

Pricing

You can buy London - Dublin SailRail tickets from most ticket vendors. If you are buying from the UK or abroad (excluding Ireland), use the link below. If you live in Ireland, you can buy tickets directly from Irish Ferries. The prices below are valid from any UK Railway Station, and prices vary (a little) depending on location. These prices are valid for travel on any day and date.

When booking tickets, you can select which ferry operator you wish to travel with (either Irish Ferries or Stena Line). If you are travelling with Stena Line, make sure you select 'Dublin City' when booking your tickets to make sure your bus ride between the Ferryport and City Centre is included in your ticket. Irish Ferries passengers should select 'Dublin Port' and check the journey times to tell whether you will be on an Irish Ferries Ulysses or Dublin Swift service.
