Travel Info
Milton Keynes is a large 'New-town' in Buckinghamshire, UK. The construction of the new town was begun in the 1960s following increasing housing demand in London. As a result of its relatively modern history, the town features a grid pattern different to most UK towns, and a network of pedestrian and cycle routes.
Milton Keynes is well connected to London by train, and a variety of coach and bus services run to the town. Inside Milton Keynes, most bus services are operated by MK Metro, whilst others are provided by Arriva and Stagecoach.
