Travel Info

A country well known for its outstanding natural beauty, Norway is likely to impress anyone that comes to visit it. It is also one of the world's richest countries, and therefore a fairly expensive country to visit. Due to its northerly location, Norway has a fluctuating number of daylight hours depending on the time of year. The country is located to the west of Sweden, and is characterised by its fjords along the west coast.

Besides air routes into the country, it is possible to reach Norway overland. Direct train services travel to/from the country to Sweden. There is a daily service to Stockholm, as well as a sleeper service to Gothenburg (also serving Malmo). Eurolines coach services also travel to/from the country, with hourly services to Copenhagen.
