Monte Carlo is a district of Monaco, situated on the Mediterranean and bounded by the French and Italian Rivieras. Monte Carlo is Monaco's centre for business and recreation.
Monte Carlo is well connected to Nice, Cannes, Ventimiglia and Menton. There are some direct TGV services between Paris and Monte Carlo, which take around six hours. There are no left-luggage facilities in Monte Carlo.
There are various national bus services that run to Monte Carlo, including services to Nice, which cost around €1.
If you are lucky enough to be travelling by boat, Port Hercule offers mooring and anchoring possibilities for visiting ships. Various cruise ships call in at Monte Carlo.
