Latvia

Latvia, situated in Eastern Europe is one of the lesser known countries within Europe. As a result, it is relatively unspoilt by tourist trappings, and has plenty of expansive beaches to explore along with interesting towns, cities, lakes, mountains and countryside. Getting into the country doesn't require a visa, and the journey is relatively painless.
