Belarus

Belarus has been described as having a haunting beauty because of its bleak, yet strangely attractive countryside. It is dotted with picturesque wooden villages and exciting castles and monasteries. It is a fantastic place for wildlife such as the beaver and lynx. However, the countries strong ties with Russia have left it isolated from much of the rest of the world.
